First go to the group management tab

To accept a group request, click on Group Request at the top if you're not already on that page, look below and click accept or reject

To review the membership list or remove someone click Group Membership

Find the group you wish to review/change and click the first icon (eye)

You will now see a list of people in the group.  To remove someone click the red "X"
