This process will allow you to update ESI if a person just joined the alliance, they caused a stir and left and you want an immediate update, or they're having issues with discord. You can also use this to push a nickname update.

First open the admin console by going to https://nut.whatiswr0ng.com/admin/ or clicking the link

Under authentication, click users to pull up the list of users.

Select the check box next to their name and from the drop down choose an action.

Click go. You may repeat for multiple actions. Do not use the delete availability. Users will be marked inactive if they remove their token, or a user can be manually marked as inactive but should be retained in the system.
