 This process will allow you to update ESI if a person just joined the alliance, they caused a stir and left and you want an immediate update, or they're having issues with discord.  You can also use this to push a nickname update.

+Under authentication, click users to pull up the list of users.

+Select the check box next to their name and from the drop down choose an action.

+Click go.  You may repeat for multiple actions.  Do not use the delete availability.  Users will be marked inactive if they remove their token, or a user can be manually marked as inactive but should be retained in the system.
