 +Under authentication, click users to pull up the list of users.

 +Select the check box next to their name and from the drop down choose an action.

 +Click go.  You may repeat for multiple actions.  Do not use the delete availability.  Users will be marked inactive if they remove their token, or a user can be manually marked as inactive but should be retained in the system.
